After tonight's weigh in, I'll be weighing in on Monday's while I do the Get Fit Challenge. In June, when the challenge is over I'll resume weigh-in Wednesday.
Anyways, I didn't loss any pounds this week. I'm holding on to 245 lbs. I'm still aiming to get into the 230's by April 15th, even if it ends up being 239.9!! I'm going to up my ante. I plan to spend as much time as possible in motion. Take my son for a jog in the morning, run around with him at the park, do a Jillian workout dvd while my son naps, and workout at the gym after work. And since my job is physically demanding, I'll consider that too. I just want to keep moving to burn as many calories as possible. Biggest Loser style. Boo-yah!
